An energizing flow to awaken your body and mind. We link breath to movement in a dynamic sequence to build heat, strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Sunset Restorative
Level: All levels
A gentle, meditative practice to soothe the nervous system. We use props like bolsters and blankets to support the body in long, comfortable holds, allowing for deep relaxation and release.
Hatha Yoga
Level: Beginner
A foundational yoga class that focuses on basic postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). A great class for beginners or anyone looking to refine their alignment.
Ashtanga Yoga
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
A challenging and disciplined practice that follows a specific sequence of postures. This class is physically demanding and is best suited for students with a consistent yoga practice.
